Bournemouth Regatta was abandoned after three Finals had been completed because of the worsening sea conditions. In accordance with Hants & Dorset ARA Rules Finals count but all heats are void.
The three events completed were:-
Men’s Novice Fours.
1st Stratford . 2nd CHRISTCHURCH 3rd RYDE
Winning Crew was not from a Hants & Dorset Affiliated Club and so no
H&D point was awarded.
Men’s Senior Pairs.
1st LYMINGTON 2nd SOUTHSEA 3rd COALPORTERS
Winning Crew: T. Bull, N. Fagan (Str.)
Men’s Junior Sculls.
1st O’Brien/WESTOVER 2nd Rayment/SOUTHAMPTON 3rd Critchley/CHRISTCHURCH
